Welcome to NfcPay. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, APIs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Description of Service

NfcPay provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud bridge that transmits encrypted NFC (Near Field Communication) signals between devices. We act purely as a data conduit.

We Are Not a Payment Processor

NfcPay is not a bank, payment gateway, or Merchant of Record. We do not process, settle, or manage funds. The actual financial transaction occurs strictly between your physical POS terminal and your acquiring bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NfcPay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

"As-Is" Service Provision

Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from network outages, API latency, or failure of your POS machine. The service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NfcPay immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
