Privacy Policy
At NfcPay, we take your privacy and security seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and API services.
1. Information We Collect
When you register and use our services, we collect limited necessary information to provide a stable experience:
- Account Data: Your designated recovery email and merchant username.
- Technical Logs: IP addresses, device identifiers, and operating system versions used during active bridging sessions to ensure security and prevent fraud.
- Transaction Metadata: Timestamps, connection status, and success/failure rates of the NFC bridges.
2. Zero-Trust Payment Data
We Do Not Store Cards
NfcPay operates on a strict Zero-Trust architecture. We act only as a bridge.
We explicitly do not store, log, cache, or sell full credit card numbers, CVVs, or track data. The encrypted EMV cryptograms are transmitted via a volatile, military-grade (AES-256) tunnel and are destroyed immediately after host emulation is complete.
3. How We Use Your Data
The information we collect is strictly used for the following operational purposes:
- Maintaining and improving the speed of our cloud relay network.
- Processing subscription billing via our third-party cryptocurrency gateways (e.g., NOWPayments).
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical issues or fraudulent activities.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have complete control over your account. You possess the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any incorrect or incomplete data.
- Request complete deletion of your account and associated technical logs from our servers at any time.
